I mean she’s fixated on the guy, lustful for him, attractive, earns 6 figures. …

without the psychosis you lose the intense interest in the guy, you also lose that passionate lust. you end up with an ordinary woman who isn’t always in the mood, could care less if you stay late at work and the only positive is that she is attractive and earns 6 figures. but since she isn’t so interested in sex you only get to look at her most of the time rather than put the good looks to good use, and she will have to fill that lack of sexual appeal void with something more common… like shopping. so you won’t see the money either.
